By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service,” “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. SECTION 13 – INTAKE FORMS AND SERVICE REQUESTS By submitting an intake form or service inquiry through this website or any downloadable document provided by Desirable Home Care Services, LLC, you acknowledge that the information you provide may include sensitive personal and medical data.
Submission of any form does not constitute a binding agreement for care or services. Acceptance into services is determined after formal assessment, eligibility verification, and confirmation by Desirable Home Care Services, LLC.
We reserve the right to follow up by phone, email, or mail with the applicant or authorized representative for additional intake requirements.

SECTION 15 – PERSONAL INFORMATION Your submission of personal or medical information through the site, including any intake forms, applications, or product inquiries, is governed by our Privacy Policy and is handled in accordance with HIPAA-related practices when applicable.
SECTION 16 – RETURNS AND REFUNDS All sales of physical products (including apparel, candles, blankets, and wellness items) are subject to our Refund Policy. We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unused, unwashed, and in original condition. Personalized or final sale items are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
SECTION 17 – EVENT TICKETS AND CANCELLATIONS All event ticket sales, including tickets for the Care Is the Culture™ Sneaker Ball and any DHCS™-hosted events, are final. No refunds will be issued for event tickets unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled by Desirable Home Care Services, LLC. In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling, ticket holders will be notified via the email address provided at purchase and offered a refund or transfer option. Tickets are non-transferable without prior written approval from DHCS™.
