Refund Policy – Desirable Home Care Services, LLC
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, please return it first. Once your return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. Items must be in original condition, with tags and packaging, and proof of purchase is required.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
