We're seeking 2 passionate, driven leaders to manage our youth program squads in New Orleans and Houston. This is more than a job—it's an opportunity to shape young lives, build your leadership portfolio, and earn significant income while making a real community impact.
💼 Position Overview
What You'll Do
- Recruit: Identify and recruit 10 qualified youth participants (ages 13-18) in your market
- Lead: Conduct weekly squad meetings and provide ongoing coaching and support
- Train: Teach youth sales techniques, customer service, and professional skills
- Sell: Sell VIP Sneaker Ball tickets and tables for your city's event
- Track: Monitor squad progress and submit weekly performance reports
- Coordinate: Lead your squad at community events and the annual Sneaker Ball
Who We're Looking For
- Ages 20+ with leadership experience or strong potential
- Passionate about youth development and community impact
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Self-motivated with entrepreneurial mindset
- Available for year-long commitment (January 2026 - December 2026)
- Based in or near New Orleans, LA or Houston, TX
- Reliable transportation for meetings and events
💰 Earning Potential
Year 1 Potential: $655 - $6,000+
💵 Recruitment Bonuses
- $20 per accepted recruit (up to 10 recruits = $200)
- $100-$500 retention bonus at 90-day review based on squad performance
🎟️ VIP Ticket Sales Commissions
- 15% commission on VIP individual seats ($12.15 - $15.45 per seat)
- 20% commission on VIP tables ($130 - $165 per table of 8)
- Sell throughout the year with tiered pricing (early bird to last chance)
🏆 Competition Bonuses
Compete in 4 categories with bonuses for top performers:
- Most VIP Individual Seats Sold: $300 (1st), $200 (2nd), $100 (3rd)
- Most VIP Tables Sold: $500 (1st), $300 (2nd), $150 (3rd)
- Highest Squad Retention Rate: $400 (1st), $250 (2nd), $125 (3rd)
- Best Squad Performance: $500 (1st), $300 (2nd), $150 (3rd)

$1,000 Cash Prize
+ VIP Table for 8 at Sneaker Ball
+ Promotion to Regional Coordinator (Year 2)
Year 2+ Potential: $5,000 - $15,000+
As Regional Coordinator, manage multiple squads, earn higher commissions, and access leadership development opportunities with potential for full-time positions.
