💝 Care is the Culture™ - Our Annual Fundraising Event
Care is the Culture™ is our signature yearly fundraising event that brings our community together to support youth programs and elder care services. Each year features a unique theme that creates an unforgettable experience while raising funds for our mission.
All proceeds from Care is the Culture™ go directly toward supporting our youth development programs and enhancing care services for our elderly community members.
The 2026 Care is the Culture™ event theme will be announced in December 2026. Stay tuned for next year's exciting celebration!

👥 We're Hiring: Youth Program Squad Leaders!
Join Our Team! We are seeking 2 passionate and dedicated Squad Leaders (ages 20+) to lead our youth programs - one for Louisiana (New Orleans) and one for Texas (Houston).
Squad Leader Responsibilities:
- Recruitment: Recruit 10 qualified youth participants (ages 13-18) in your market
- Leadership: Lead weekly squad meetings and provide coaching
- Training: Train youth on sales techniques and customer service
- Sales: Sell VIP Sneaker Ball tickets and tables for your city's event
- Tracking: Monitor squad progress and submit weekly reports
- Event Coordination: Lead your squad at community events and Sneaker Ball
Earning Potential:
- $20 per accepted recruit (up to $200)
- $100-$500 retention bonus (90-day review)
- 15% commission on VIP individual seats ($12-$15.50 per seat)
- 20% commission on VIP tables ($130-$165 per table)
- Competition bonuses: $300-$500 per category
- Grand Prize: $1,000 cash + VIP table + promotion to Regional Coordinator
Year 1 Potential: $655-$6,000+ | Year 2+ Potential: $5,000-$15,000+
